Our Structured Finance team is responsible for structuring and arranging medium long term debt financing services, looking for the most appropriate solutions for each company, exploring different alternatives, with better term and cost structures, creating value to our Clients.
Our deep knowledge of the market and of financing solutions, our flexibility and our dynamism allow us to develop distinctive tailored solutions to each transaction, in a corporate risk basis. We always take into account the specific needs of the Client, the risks framework, the goals of the different players and the cash flow generation profile.
We act in close coordination with the Millennium bcp commercial network, both in Portugal and internationally, supporting companies (namely large sized corporations and SMEs), in the context of investment projects (brown and greenfield), M&A transactions and/or balance sheet management, among others, including negotiation regarding debt restructuring.
Our team originates, structures and executes debt financing transactions, usually ranging from €10 million to €500 million, including syndication and cross networking arrangements with local and international institutions.
We have a constant proactive and long-term perspective, offering pre and post-closing customized support, an effective add value to our Clients.
